1. Warranty Period: Starts from the date of construction/installation.
2. During the warranty period, if non-human-induced issues such as peeling, glass damage, wrinkling, cracking, deformation, or uneven fading occur, free replacement will be provided, but the warranty period will not be extended.
3. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Installation of interior window film on the exterior.
• DIY installation by individuals, or installation of our window film by technicians not certified by our company.
• Peeling caused by attaching objects to the surface of the architectural film or hanging objects with suction cups after installation.
• Wiping with volatile or acidic/alkaline cleaners.
• Scratches, damage, or intentional destruction caused by human actions.
• Product damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.

1. Do not rub this product vigorously within two weeks of installation.
2. For daily cleaning, wipe this product with a damp cloth and detergent, or use a small amount of soapy water or neutral detergent.

To protect your warranty rights, please complete online product registration as soon as possible after construction is finished to receive full warranty service for the corresponding period.

If online registration is not completed and the physical document is lost, you will not be able to use the full online inquiry service.

Those who complete online product registration will receive an additional six months of warranty coverage.
