• Issues such as improper installation reported by tinting film shop?
► If there is excessive grit, we recommend the customer wait for the moisture to dry and promptly report it to the original installer. If the installer does not address the issue, please have the customer provide photos so we can understand the situation, and then we will have our regional sales representative mediate for you.
• Can I apply another layer of window film?
► Hello, applying another layer is possible, but it depends on the condition of the original window tint! If the existing tint has faded, bubbled, or has other issues, it's recommended to remove it and apply a new one. You can visit a window tinting shop, and professional technicians will help you make the right assessment.
