Lifetime repair service means that repair services will be provided as long as the product is repairable, spare parts are still available, and technical conditions allow. Car Curtain FAQ
When having custom curtains made, will they sag after extended use?
Carlife car curtains are made with premium Taiwanese materials, featuring one-way, top-down stretchability, ensuring they won't sag even after prolonged use.
Can car curtains be washed? How to wash them?
If your curtains are dirty, remove the hooks and handwash them with clean water or a non-bleach detergent.
Please try to avoid using a washing machine. Simply air dry them in a cool place (do not expose them to direct sunlight).
Will there be any residue left after removing the car curtains?
Carlife uses 3M adhesive, which is different from the foam adhesive found in other brands. It is easier to clean, with 80% removability.
However, some residue may remain. Use appropriate solvents or cleaners such as stain remover or 3M adhesive remover to dissolve or remove the remaining adhesive.
In addition, wiping or scraping methods can also be used, depending on the surface and material.
It is recommended to test the cleaning method on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not damage the surface. However, it may not be possible to completely remove all adhesive residue.
Can the front side windows be fully covered?
For safety reasons, the curtain should be installed 2/3 of the way from the B-pillar forward. If a full-coverage curtain is desired, the front side triangular window must also be covered (with velcro).
The front side window and front side triangular window will be priced as "rear side windows." An agreement must be signed before the order can be accepted for production.
Why are Carlife car curtains more expensive than those on the market?
Carlife Car Curtains VS. Generic Car Curtains on the Market
- The fabric used is original spun yarn, not dyed fabric commonly found on the market. It won't fade even after prolonged use, unlike other brands whose colors fade and look bad after sun exposure.
- Carlife fabric undergoes sun-fastness treatment, with the highest grade being 5. Ours achieves 4 or higher, meeting European, American, and Japanese import standards.
- The soft track has applied for a world patent. When the vehicle is in motion, there will be no impact noise like with generic car curtains on the market. All adhesive tapes are 3M-grade, ensuring no damage to the car's interior.
