Curtain fabric has a 5-year warranty; track installation by our technicians has a 6-month warranty and lifelong repair service.
Lifelong repair service means that repair services will be provided when the product is repairable, spare parts are still available, and technical conditions allow; if costs for materials, parts, logistics, or re-installation are incurred, relevant fees may be charged based on actual circumstances.

Do custom-made curtains stretch out over time?
Carlife car curtains are made with premium Taiwanese materials, featuring one-way, top-down stretch that prevents sagging even after prolonged use.

Are car curtains washable? How to wash them?
If the curtains are dirty, remove the hooks and hand wash them with clean water or a non-bleach detergent.
Please try to avoid using a washing machine. Air dry in a cool, shaded place. (Do not expose to direct sunlight.)
Does removing the car curtains leave adhesive residue?
Carlife uses 3M adhesive, which is different from the foam adhesive strips commonly found in the market. It is easier to clean, with up to 80% removability.
However, some residue may remain. Use appropriate solvents or cleaners such as mineral spirits or 3M Adhesive Remover to dissolve or remove the adhesive residue.
Additionally, you can use wiping or scraping methods, depending on the surface and material.
It is recommended to test the cleaning method on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not damage the surface. However, it may not be possible to completely remove all traces of adhesive residue.
Can the front side windows be custom-made to be fully covered?
For safety reasons, the curtain should be made to cover two-thirds of the B-pillar forward. If full coverage is required, an additional front side triangular window (attached with Velcro) needs to be installed.
The front side window plus the front side triangular window will be priced as a "rear side window," and a consent form must be signed before the order can be processed.
Why are Carlife car curtains more expensive than other car curtains on the market?
Carlife Car Curtains VS. Generic Car Curtains on the Market
- The fabric used is original spun yarn, not dyed fabric found on the market, so it won't fade no matter how long it's used. Other brands on the market will fade and look unappealing after prolonged sun exposure.
- Carlife fabric undergoes sun-fastness treatment, with the highest grade being 5. Ours achieves grade 4 or higher, meeting European, American, and Japanese import standards.
- The soft track has applied for a world patent, so there will be no bumping sounds like with generic car curtains while the vehicle is in motion. All adhesive tapes use 3M specifications, preventing damage to the car's interior.
