Curtain fabric has a 5-year warranty, track installation by a technician has a 6-month warranty, and lifetime repair service.
Lifetime repair service means repair services are provided when the product is repairable, spare parts are still available, and technical conditions permit; if costs for materials, parts, logistics, or re-installation are incurred, relevant fees may be charged based on actual circumstances.

Will custom-made curtains become loose or sag after a long time of use?
Carlife car curtains are made with top-quality Taiwanese materials, featuring one-way, up-and-down stretchability, ensuring they won't sag even after long-term use.

Are car window blinds washable? How to wash them?
If the curtains are dirty, remove the hooks and hand wash them with clean water or a non-bleach detergent.
Please try to avoid using a washing machine, and dry them in a cool place. (Do not expose them to direct sunlight)
Will there be any adhesive residue left after removing the car window blinds?
Carlife uses 3M adhesive, which, unlike the foam tape tracks commonly found on the market, is easier to clean and can remove 80% of residue.
However, some residue may remain. Use appropriate solvents or cleaners, such as mineral spirits or 3M adhesive remover, to dissolve or remove the remaining adhesive.
In addition, wiping or scraping methods can also be used, depending on the surface and material.
It is recommended to test the cleaning method first to ensure it does not damage the surface. However, it may not be possible to completely remove all adhesive residue marks.
Can the side front windows be custom-made separately to be completely filled?
For safety reasons, the curtain is designed to extend two-thirds of the way from the B-pillar forward. If full coverage is required, the front side triangular window needs to be added (attached with Velcro).
The front side window + front side triangular window will be priced as a "rear side window", and an agreement must be signed before the order can be accepted and produced.

- Carlife fabric undergoes sunlight fastness treatment, achieving a rating of 4 or higher (with 5 being the highest level), meeting the import specifications of Europe, America, and Japan.
- Our soft-track rail has been granted a world patent, preventing the rattling sound common with other car curtains on the market when the vehicle is in motion. All adhesive tapes are 3M-grade, ensuring no damage to your car's interior.
