As these are custom-made items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
The curtain fabric has a 5-year warranty, and a 6-month warranty when installed by our company's technicians (self-installation does not include warranty service).

This is an add-on product for the side front small window, offered to vehicle owners who prioritize privacy (e.g., for car camping needs).
The side front small window uses Velcro, making it detachable and storable.
To avoid obstructing vision, Carlife does not recommend using it while driving.
Reminder:
This small window is only suitable for use when parked or resting. Do not use it while driving.
If an accident occurs due to not following this advice, the user will be solely responsible.

Will custom-made curtains stretch out and sag over time?
Carlife car curtains are made with premium Taiwanese materials, featuring one-way, top-down stretchability, ensuring they won't sag even after extended use.

Are the car curtains washable? How to wash them?
If the curtains are dirty, remove the hooks and handwash them with clean water or a bleach-free detergent.
Please try to avoid using a washing machine for cleaning. Air dry them in a cool place (do not expose them directly to sunlight).
Will there be any adhesive residue left after removing the car window shades?
Carlife uses 3M adhesive, which is different from the foam tape used in the market. It is easier to clean, with 80% removability.
However, some residue may remain. Use an appropriate solvent or cleaner, such as stain remover or 3M adhesive remover, to dissolve or remove the adhesive residue.
Additionally, wiping or scraping methods can be used, depending on the surface and material.
It is recommended to test before cleaning to ensure that the method used does not damage the surface. However, it may not completely remove all adhesive residue marks.
Can the side front window be custom-made separately, to fully cover the area?
For safety reasons, the curtains are designed to cover 2/3 of the B-pillar forward. If full coverage is desired, the front side triangular windows must also be covered (using velcro).
The front side windows + front side triangular windows will be priced as "rear side windows", and an agreement must be signed before the order can be processed.
Why are Carlife car curtains more expensive than other car curtains on the market?
Carlife Car Curtains VS. Generic Car Curtains on the Market
- The fabric uses original spun yarn, not typical dyed fabric on the market, so it won't fade no matter how long you use it. Other brands on the market tend to have unsightly faded color patches after prolonged sun exposure.
- Carlife fabric undergoes sun-fastness treatment, with the highest level being 5; we achieve level 4 or higher, meeting European, American, and Japanese import standards.
- The soft track has applied for a global patent; there will be no bumping noises like those from generic car curtains while the vehicle is in motion. All adhesive tapes use 3M specifications, which do not damage the car's interior.
