Construction Method

Separate static insulation film from release paper

Separate the anti-static thermal insulation film from the white release paper.
Please keep the white release paper, as it will be used later as a cutting template (pattern making).

Soak the insulation film to prevent sticking.

After separation, please fully immerse the static cling insulation film in clean water.
This can effectively reduce static electricity and prevent the film from sticking during the cutting process.

Locate and draw the car model (make a template).

Lay the white insulating paper on the outside of the vehicle's front windshield, and use masking tape to secure it in place, ensuring the paper is flat and does not shift.

Roughly cut the separating paper according to the template.

Along the top edge and side frames of the front windshield, trace the outline of the glass on the separating paper, and accurately mark the position of the rearview mirror base in the center.

Interior trim tailored for a perfect fit

Following the outline, roughly cut the white paper.
Depending on the vehicle model, the edges may be cut slightly larger. It is recommended to keep the excess edges for fine-tuning later when moving to the car's windshield.

Cut the electrostatic insulation film according to the template.

Position the paper template on the front windshield inside the car. Check how well the edges fit. Mark and trim any excess or corner areas until the template perfectly matches the car window's contour.

Cut the electrostatic insulation film according to the template.

Take the electrostatic insulation film out of the water, lay it flat, and wipe off the surface moisture.
Place the trimmed paper template underneath the insulation film.
Cut precisely along the edge of the template to create a custom-sized electrostatic sunshade and insulation film.

After cutting, it's ready to be applied to the front windshield.

Clean the glass surface to be adhered.
Spray water on the electrostatic thermal insulation film and then apply it.
Use a squeegee to remove water and air bubbles, making the film smooth and flat.
